This was a project for my Transmedia Narrative paper, where I had to take David Bowie's Life on Mars lyrics and turn them into non-linear triptych. I started by analysing the lyrics and finding my own meaning for them, and then turned this meaning into three images representing two verses and the chorus. The images were then turned into the animation you see below. This project was a lot off fun for me because it was my first go at 2D animation and I got to do everything from creating the story to doing the final animation. The first image is verse one, "now she walks through her sunken dream", the second is the chorus, "take a look at the law man beating up the wrong guy, oh man wonder if he'll ever know he's in the best selling show", and the third image is verse two, “that Mickey Mouse has grown up a cow” “see the mice in their million hordes
