Motion Capture Test

Ok, so my group and I have been a little nervous about using the mocap because we aren't confident with Blade and didn't get much of a chance to run it last year (although we had definitely mastered attaching the dots to our actor and waving the wand around from last year). I really wanted to learn how to use Blade and know that I could confidently say I know how to use Motion Capture because I've always found it really interesting, but have never really had the opportunity to take charge of it in class. In the end it took a good 5 hours to get everything done, recorded and exported but I am so so stoked that we were able to successfully capture the mocap data!! From previous experiences in class, something always goes wrong! So above is a video from the day, shows our slow but steady process with the only hiccup being the fact that first time around we forgot to do the range of motion so the skeleton really didn't work out, but second time's a charm and from then on was slow but successful!!
