Today was the Industries of Imagination Conference! I had an incredible time, and found it so fascinating listening to the stories from everyone in the industry. I loved Tara Mcpherson's paintings and the inspiration behind them, hearing about Mechanic Animation's process working on 3D backgrounds for Marvel TV, and Weta Digital talking about their modelling and motion capture for Rise of the Planet of the Apes! Great day, made some amazing contacts, and I can't wait to work in this industry!
